Provide excellent Food & Beverage services to the guests according to the standards of the hotel

Sales Executive:
Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
Hands-on, result oriented and possess a good communication skills.
Previous Hotel Budget experience in sales & marketing including (at least) two years in reservation position

Responsibilities
Achieve / exceed sales target.
Establish new and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Prospect for new sales leads.
Understand clients/guest requirements and propose the most suitable services.
Make sales presentations, follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms and close the sales.

Report regularly to Sales Manager on sales leads and updates.

Guest Service Agent:
Experienced in the same position min for 1 year

Responsibilities
Prepares workstation at the start of shift.
Works closely with Supervisors and other related departments to ensure guest's requests are followed through.
Handles registration of arriving guests.
Is competent to operate the property management system to carry out tasks.
Be conversant with all facets of the Front Office operations including fire safety and emergency related procedures.
Handles cashiering activities including check-outs by different modes of payment, paid-outs, foreign currency exchange, and encashment of travelers’ cheques.
Monitors activities in the hotel lobby and reports any suspicious characters, items or/and activities to the supervisor.
Handles guest requests made through incoming calls, and performs follow-ups at the Command Centre.
Carries out shift duties which may include checking of departures, following up on traces, printing of shift reports, amongst other side duties assigned.
Upsells guestrooms and suggestively sells other F&B outlets and hotel's service products.
Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Sales Manager:
Male priority, minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Good attitude & personality
Able to determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
Able to establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Able to optimizing sales revenue through active selling, promotions, and other activities
Able to make planning , directing, and overseeing all aspects of operation and administration of the sales
Responsibilities
Sets and achieves sales goals through effective sales follow up and relationship-nurturing programs in established group room markets
Researches markets to secure business opportunities
Is responsible for achieving annual / monthly budgeted goal allocations
